Well, I have one party down and one to go.
Keira's party was this past Saturday, and I think the kids had a lot of fun. Keira had a blast, and that's pretty much what matters to me.
I finished up the favours for the baskets last weekend. I made the baskets using this tutorial. They turned out great!

I made little notepads from the same die that I used for her invitations, made little bead bracelets for each little girl, and filled a strawberry with M&Ms. The little Thank You tags were cut out using a die as well. A couple of the girls opened their strawberries to eat the candies so they wouldn't have to share with their little brothers when they got home!
I had to change my plans for the party a little, due to the rain. We were originally going to have a bean bag toss game and strawberry bingo, but with the rain, I didn't need a bunch of rowdy girls tossing bean bags in my living room! I printed out a little activity booklet that taught the girls about growing strawberries while they got to colour and do a strawberry based word search. I kept the bingo game as an activity, but I will show you that next time. I made the game to go with the theme, strawberries and canning!
Have a great day despite the rain!
