Today, I decided my daughter needed a little hat for Valentine's Day! So, after dropping her off at school this morning, I came home to "get her done"!
I made myself a tea, cut out my template, then cut my fabric pieces. I already had the fleece hat from before Christmas. Accidentally made the wrong size for one of my step-daughters and had to make another one in a bigger size for her...One sizing mistake makes for a cute Valentine cupcake hat for my daughter!
I sat down with my tea, threads and such...Put the TV on the DIY network, and went to work!
My daughter had a nice little surprise for Valentine's Day when I picked her up for lunch! The best reward was seeing her face when she opened it up out of the bag! ( The huge hug after was pretty nice too!)
