Back in March, I had a friend ask me to make her a set of cards . I obviously said yes, because well, hello, I love to!
She did have a special request though. She wanted them to give to her friends at AA meetings, so she wanted them to match the pins that they receive when they reach milestones.
It took me a couple of days to figure out exactly how I was going to get the look I was going for. And so my addiction to gold embossing began!

I cut circles out of black cardstock, rolled the edges in Versamark clear ink, then heat embossed them with gold embossing powder. I cut triangle out of blue cardstock and did the same thing to emboss the edges. I then used an alphabet stamp set to create the messages on the circle, which were also heat embossed with the same gold embossing powder.
All in all, I think they came out pretty good! My friend was super happy with them, which is all that matters!
