Mom!

Mother's Day is this coming Sunday! I am so excited to see what Keira makes me in school! She already gave me a beautiful painting she made me in art class this past Tuesday. You can see a photo of it if you follow me on Instagram.

Any occasion is good enough for me to make a card, or craft for that matter! So, you know I had to make a card!

I sprayed my card base with a gold spray, because every mother deserves a little sparkle! I then stamped and embossed the flowers in white embossing powder, coloured and fussy cut them out. The word Mom was created with Lawn Fawn's Finley's ABCs dies. I really wanted the word to be aqua but didn't have any cardstock that colour. I used my copic marker to create my colour base, heat embossed the cardstock with extra thick clear embossing powder and then die cut the letters. I love the look!

I finished the card off with some vellum leaves and popped a couple of the flowers up with foam tape for some added dimension.

This card is off to my mother-in-law!
